Leads the requirements management efforts for large projects to include new client implementations and large strategic projects; devises and executes a requirements management plan for assigned projects; and takes ownership of the business analysis role throughout the project.

Identifies and understands stakeholders; initiates and facilitates meetings and discussions with stakeholders as appropriate.

Works with project managers, project requestors, operations, business representatives, IT representatives and clients to ensure complete understanding of software requirements; provides business related IT knowledge to clients and business representatives during the requirements management process.

Produces project requirements documentation, including written documents, process diagrams, report mock-ups, wire frames and other documentation as required, using standard templates.

Meets deadlines and manages work to timelines.

Mentors team members.

ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES

Performs other duties as assigned.

Supports the organization's quality program(s).

Travels as required.

QUALIFICATIONSEducation & LicensingBachelor's degree required; major in computer science field preferred.Experience:Six (6) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Experience in multi-line claims management processes and system requirements strongly preferred.Skills & Knowledge

Strong knowledge of third party administration/claims management business and technology

PC literate, including Microsoft Office products

Analytical and interpretive skills

Strong organizational skills

  • Purpose of the Job The Sourcing & Scheduling Specialist will be able to work with minimal supervision. This individual will develop in-depth experience in POS corrugated display component-based sourcing and gain knowledge of corrugated manufacturing processes and equipment. Strong time management skills and ability to adapt, on the fly, to changes are a prerequisite. The environment is very fast paced and design and displays can be revised multiple times before going into final production. This individual will be able to work with a team of multiple project managers, structural and graphic designers. This individual will also be able to work with multiple corrugated and graphic suppliers from estimating, purchasing , scheduling, tracking inbound receipts through final supplier invoice for approval. This position is hybrid on-site in Blue Ash, OH. Key Responsibilities Develop competency in HH Global\'s procurement / order management platforms. Review labor rate cards and project proformas. Support Production Managers with Final Production CAD/BOMS. Work with Tooling and Corrugated suppliers and supporting Production Managers in coordinating schedules with all corrugated suppliers. Liaise with plants and warehouses to track and update all inbound receipts. Support Production Managers with production and suppliers on material issues that come up - i.e. late deliveries and quality issues Knowledge, Skills + Experience 1+ years\' of professional experience. Bachelor\'s degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of experience. Proven ability to navigate and develop hyper proficiency in ERP platforms. Strong attention to detail and ability to self-check work to ensure zero defects. Strong communication skills . Proven experience to multi-task. Experience working with suppliers to negotiate job cost and schedules. Highly proficient with MS Office software, especially Excel.
