Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Plant Accountant Supervisor in the Food & Food Processing industry, located in Cincinnati, Ohio, United States. The role involves supporting the plant in various accounting and reporting activities, conducting spending analysis, overseeing month-end close operations, and maintaining the bill of materials. This role also requires supervising Plant Accounting Coordinators to ensure accurate and timely reporting.Responsibilities: Supervise and guide Plant Accounting Coordinators, ensuring daily yield, inventory, and labor reports are completed accurately and promptly. Conduct a thorough review of reports created by Coordinators before they are distributed to management. Create and maintain the Bill of Materials (BOM), identifying costs associated with new or altered products produced at the plant. Compile data from different sources to prepare daily reports such as Yield Reports, Daily Pack Report, OPS Report, and Labor Report. Carry out month-end activities, which may include creating journal entries, reconciling plant variance and accounts. Provide assistance in measuring and explaining plant variances and operating costs on a weekly and monthly basis. Ensure adherence to Corporate policies, particularly regarding Bill of Material audits and Fixed Asset reviews. Offer support to other Accounting staff in yield reporting, finished goods inventory, payroll, and other assigned areas. Coordinate and prepare weekly and monthly packaging, ingredients, and MRO cycle counts using reports from the Purchasing department and SAP, and resolve differences with the Purchasing department. Use accounting software systems to manage and analyze financial data.   • Position: Quality Supervisor (CVG) Locations: Cincinnati, OH (CVG Airport area) Description: Expanding avionics company seeks Quality Supervisor who will be accountable for product quality activities as relates to avionics integration kits. Will adhere to the details of inspection standards, methods and procedures used by the PMA Manufacturing Facility while complying with all FAA regulations, manufacturer’s specifications, and recommendations. Primary Responsibilities: Monitor production schedules and adjust work assignments in the quality department to align final inspections with program shipping schedules. Supervise and oversee the daily activities of Quality Specialist and Limited Inspectors in the production area. Maintain systems for checking and verifying quality process compliance, including but not limited to; In Process Inspections, Final Inspections, First Article Inspections, Source Inspections, conformity inspections, Cirrus, VSWR and dB Loss testing. Train and develop new team members on proper work procedures, safety regulations, and quality standards to ensure consistency in production output. ​​​​​​ Collaborate with the Director of Quality to identify and address quality issues that arise during production and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Review and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback on areas for improvement or recognition for exceptional work. Lead and/or participate in support of Supplier Qualifications, Corrective/Preventative Action Reporting, Internal Audits, customer, or third-party audits. Develop and organize testing plans for all production programs. Participate in Production meetings and provide all Quality related scheduling and status for the department’s responsibilities. Oversee RMA & MRB customer communication and processing. Assist with inspections surveillance, Final inspections, source inspections as required. Oversee review of equipment re-qualifications, monthly calibrations and maintenance of fabrication documentation. Escalate Quality issues to management. All duties assigned by the Director of Quality. Preferred Qualifications: High School Diploma Good understanding of Regulatory & Quality requirement and standard protocols, e.g. Boeing Standard Wiring Practices and IPC-620. Enjoys the challenges of working projects that vary greatly and have distinct potential to require significant changes or alterations in mid-stream, remaining flexible and adaptable. Ability to interact with and maintain external relationships with customers and internal relationships within all departments at L2. Required Skills and Abilities: Two or more years of Quality support experience. Excellent Understanding of Regulatory and Quality requirements to include L2 processes and all documentation procedures. Excellent communication skills. Must be able to work with minimum supervision. Must be detail oriented. Ability to meet or exceed deadlines. Ability to work overtime on occasions as necessary and pre-coordinated. Ability to Initiate contact and form lasting and committed relationships with customers. Keen networking ability that leverages time and resources efficiently in pursuit of business. Memory for detail, capacity for managing multiple relationships and ability to judge the appropriate amount of time to Invest in prospect activities. A consummate closing acumen and a steadfast ability to prospect future clients. Basic understanding of the fundamentals and language around avionics and processes as it pertains to sales efforts. Prior sales experience required. Must be willing to work a specific region and possibly relocate to service that region. Must pass background verification, pre-employment drug testing, and submit to company\'s Drug and Alcohol Abuse Program.
