Job DescriptionAn employer is Sr Azure Support Engineer for a direct hire opportunity in Chennai, India. The Azure Cloud Support Engineer will be responsible for providing expert technical support to our clients utilizing Azure cloud services. You will collaborate closely with our clients, as well as internal teams, to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.Responsibilities: Provide advanced technical support for Azure cloud services including but not limited to Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Networking, Azure Storage, Azure Active Directory, Azure Security, Azure SQL Database, and Azure DevOps. Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues related to Azure cloud services, including performance optimization, network connectivity, security, and scalability. Work closely with customers to understand their technical requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs. Collaborate with internal teams such as Engineering, DevOps, and Product Management to escalate and resolve technical issues effectively. Document and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including troubleshooting steps, best practices, and knowledge base articles. Participate in on-call rotation schedules to provide 24/7 support for critical issues. Stay updated with the latest Azure technologies, best practices, and industry trends to continuously improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
