Description We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to help with our growing team! The Technical Project Manager is responsible for managing projects to make sure the proposed plan adheres to the timeline, budget and scope. This person's responsibilities include planning projects in detail, setting schedules for all stakeholders and executing each step of the project. They also create management and communication plans and processes, analyze and develop procedures for management and technical duties, define project responsibilities with stakeholders, and participate in how budget and staff are allocated for the project. Additionally, they maintain project time frames, budget estimates and status reports. In addition to the qualifications mentioned earlier, some of the key qualifications for this role with a focus on application development and workflow processes include:Create management, communication plans and processes.Analyze and develop procedures for management and technical duties.Define project responsibilities with stakeholders.Participate in how budget and staff are allocated for the project.Maintain project time frames, budget estimates and status reports.Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members, vendors and managementAnalytical, computer, math and problem-solving skills to be able to use software and to explain the softwareOrganizational skills and time management skills to keep projects on track to the finishProject managing skills to start projects and finish projects successfullyExperience in software development life cycle (SDLC) Experience in workflow management and process improvement Experience in managing application development projects Experience in managing project budgets is a nice to have, but this would be managed by the Operations Manager. This person may aid her with budget issues.
