Responsibilities:
Responsible for all aspects of project management including: supporting pursuits and attending interviews for pursuits, client management, project scope development, project planning, organizing, change management, inter-discipline coordination, production coordination, team leadership, financial management, project quality control and delivery.
Maintain healthy client relationships and possess solid operational insight for driving projects and executing deliverables.
Understand project goals and clearly communicate them to project teams to ensure client expectations are consistently achieved.
Provide leadership and direction for the execution of environmental, stormwater and wastewater related projects.
Lead project staff, prepare work schedules and assign specific duties.
Oversee the production of plans and specifications for design projects for stormwater conveyance and industrial stormwater treatment facilities.
Be recognized as a credible leader with strong technical experience related to the support of environmental, stormwater and water/wastewater projects.
Minimum Qualifications:
B.S. or M.S. in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering or like degree with relevant experience is required.
Minimum of 7 years\' experience in environmental/water resources engineering consulting for local government/municipal clients.
Experience working with conveyance, distribution, pumping and treatment
Experience working with storage a plus
P.E. licensure is required.
Must be exceptional in written and oral communication, with the ability to lead, develop and deliver highly persuasive presentations that build client confidence and result in securing favorable environmental and stormwater design contracts.
Strong understanding of environmental regulations and potential application to clients\' needs required.
Proven experience in developing project plans, anticipating and addressing project issues, leading meetings with clients, and directing the completion of technical reports and designs.

About the Opportunity
DMI, LLC is seeking a Project Coordinator within the Technical Services Team in DMI\'s Managed Services group, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the smooth operation of the team\'s projects and activities. You will be responsible for managing project documentation, scheduling meetings, tracking tasks, and providing support functions that help optimize team efficiency. In addition to these responsibilities, you will also take on office manager responsibilities to ensure the office environment is organized and productive.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Project Coordination:
Take detailed notes during team meetings, capturing action items, decisions, and important discussions.
Track tasks and projects to ensure they are on schedule and within scope.
Coordinate project timelines and deadlines.
Maintain project documentation and files in an organized manner.
Assist in the preparation of project reports and presentations.
2. Meeting Coordination:
Schedule and organize team meetings, ensuring availability of team members.
Prepare meeting agendas, distribute materials, and document meeting minutes.
Follow up with Tech Services team on their open action items and ensure timely completion.
3. Communication and Collaboration:
Act as a central point of contact for the Technical Services Team, ensuring smooth communication flow.
Foster collaboration and open communication among team members.
Keep team members informed of project updates and relevant information.
4. Support Functions:
Assist with administrative tasks, including Tech Services team time sheets and travel arrangements.
Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring a well-equipped and organized workspace.
Provide support to team members as needed to maintain a productive work environment.
5. Office Manager Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workplace.
Manage office vendors, maintenance, and facility-related tasks.
Coordinate office events and activities to promote team cohesion.
Qualifications
Education and Years of Experience:
Bachelor\'s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience in project coordination or administrative roles.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
Self-motivated and capable of multitasking effectively.
