Together, we are ProAmpac, the trusted leader in global change in the packaging industry.We currently have an exciting open position for a Warehouse Supervisor available at our Cincinnati, Ohio facility.You will be responsible for the following:

Lead Shift : you will schedule warehouse team members each day and verify overtime that is required to make sure all product is made in a timely fashion. Follow-up with maintenance, quality and leadership teams when problems arise that require additional support. Update Converting Manager each morning with how the department ran the night before. Supervise shift by example.

Ensure Compliance: you will ensure departmental compliance with all certification requirements and will maintain good housekeeping practices in accordance with AIB/ISO standards. You will maintain quality of products being produced at or above the required specifications.

Successful candidates will bring with them the following requirements and skills:

2 year associate degree or higher in business industry – Preferred

Two+ years related manufacturing industry preferred position with increased responsibility

Two+ years of proven success leading a team in a manufacturing setting

Excellent communication, organizational and multi-tasking skills to communicate and coordinate effectively with leadership, employees and external clients.

Ability to read, comprehend and write correspondence, and effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to fellow employees.

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions and to deal with problems involving a few variables in standardized situations.

Work in a manufacturing plant utilizing computer, dollies, forklift, hand tools, safety knives, tape measure, packaging equipment, pallet jacks and standard safety equipment.

Utilize resource materials including production schedule and standardized forms/paperwork.

Vision capabilities include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Must be willing and able to work overtime when required.

Ability to effectively lead by motivating, coaching and mentoring employees. Willingness to compassionately hold others accountable and to be held accountable.

Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), and Outlook email and calendar capabilities.

Maintains strict confidentiality and protects privacy of confidential/sensitive employee information.

Exceptional time management and organization skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously establishing priorities to meet deadlines.

Proactive; exercises sound judgment and decision making; able to identify problems and needs, and develop solutions and/or options.

    Job Overview: A hospital Lead Pharmacy Technician is a healthcare professional who plays an integral role in the pharmacy operations.
