Line Cook
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Line Cook to join our kitchen team. As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in ensuring our dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality, flavor, and presentation. You will work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate closely with the kitchen staff to deliver a memorable dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with our recipes and presentation standards
- Manage your station efficiently and ensure that all food is prepared fresh daily
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service
- Participate in menu development and provide input on new dishes
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a line cook, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
