Guardia Pizza Restaurant and Bar is looking for full time and part time Bartenders, Servers, and Kitchen staff (prep and cooks). Guardia is a full-service bar and restaurant. We are looking for exceptional people to join our team! Qualified applicants should have:
- Previous cooking experience for kitchen staff (pizza experience a plus!)
- Previous serving experience for servers
- Previous bartending experience for bartenders
- Strong communication skills
- Hospitality skills
- Experience in a high volume and fast paced environment
- The ability to work as part of a team
- Strong alcohol knowledge for servers and bartenders
- Must have weekend availability
Servers and bartenders are tipped employees. Servers and bartenders at Delwood and Parkside average $30/hour. Kitchen positions pay between $15 and $22 per hour based on experience.
