Crew leaders are responsible for completing tasks directed to them by the designated foreman, project manager, or account manager. Crew leaders are responsible for leading and assisting their assigned crew members in completing assigned tasks by prioritizing projects, assigning and monitoring work tasks, ensuring work quality standards are met, operating and maintaining equipment, completing work orders, accurate time tracking, ensuring crew safety, training employees and providing performance feedback, procuring of materials, and other activities that may be temporarily or permanently assigned. The ability to lift 50 lbs. and work in varying outdoor weather conditions is required. Due to the seasonal nature of work crew members may be required to work outside of normal business hours, including weekends.
Pay Rate: $18.00-$22.00 Per Hour (Dependent on experience)
Minimum Requirements:
· Ability to lift 50lbs.
· Valid Driver’s License
· Experience driving while pulling a trailer
· Clean driving record for at least 3 years
· High School Diploma or GED
· Ability to work weekends as requested
3+ years of experience as a crew member OR 2+ year experience as a crew leader
· Ability to interact professionally with all customers and co-workers
· Ability to properly wear and maintain uniform items to maintain a positive company image
· Proficient at operating light and heavy equipment, power tools and hand tools
This position requires physical abilities such as strength, manual dexterity, and candidates must be able to perform all required functions of this position.
