Position: Landscaping Crew Leader/Foreman
Starting Pay: $20/hr (Negotiable based on experience)
Experience Required: Minimum of 3-5 years crew leading experience
Responsibilities:
-Lead and supervise landscaping crews for residential and commercial properties
-Install landscapes, including but not limited to planting, hardscaping, and irrigation systems
-Perform landscape maintenance, pruning, leaf clean-ups, mulching, and other related tasks
-Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards
Requirements:
-Proven experience leading landscaping crews
-Proficiency in landscape installation and maintenance techniques
-Strong communication and leadership skills
-Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
-Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
