WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Demolish building finishes. - Interiors, Exteriors, and entire structures
Safely operate hand and power tools
Sort and haul away debris
Follow all safety protocols and wear PPE
Travel to job sites across the Tri-State area
Work independently and on a team
Operate equipment (with experience)
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be 18+ years old
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform demanding physical tasks
Basic tool knowledge
Positive attitude
Willing to potentially work outdoors in all conditions
Willing to occasionally travel to other cities to complete projects
Experience in construction or demolition is a plus - REQUIRED FOR SUPERVISORS
OSHA 10/30 certification is a bonus (or willingness to obtain) - REQUIRED FOR SUPERVISORS.
Strong attention to safety, detail, and teamwork
Able to communicate effectively as part of a team.
