Core Responsibilities
Administrative Support: Assist pastors, staff, and church leadership with a variety of administrative tasks.
Communication: Answer phones, direct calls, take messages, and handle incoming and outgoing mail and emails.
Calendar Management: Maintain a comprehensive calendar of church events, meetings, and the Senior Pastor's appointments.
Key Skills & Qualifications
Administrative Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Technical Proficiency: Competency with office software, such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and ideally, familiarity with church management or database software.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to work well with diverse individuals.
