Personal assistant to Realtor/Ceo

Duties include typing up invoices and banquet event orders, communicating with clients, running errands, and providing outstanding customer service. The Administrative Assistant also handles general phone and email inquiries and keeps the office organized. This is an independent contractor position.

Requirements:

Professional, well organized, super detail-oriented and reliable

Reliable transportation

Must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment

Possess excellent written and verbal communications skills.

Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).

Strong customer service skills.
