I am looking for a semi-retired Jack of All Trades. This will be an as needed basis, very relaxed position. Job tasks include doing walk throughs for properties, reporting to calls for maintenance of rental properties, analyzing the problem and reporting the findings. A bonus will be paid if the fix can be done in the first walk through. No large jobs are required, mostly damaged walls, doors, windows. General knowledge about plumbing, electric, and HVAC is preferred. All other skills of construction are needed; carpentry, painting, landscaping, roofing, siding, and concrete work. Also, there is a need for project check-ins; inventory check on new deliveries, confirming work has been completed, and being present for inspections.
