Seeking a mobile home community manager and maintenace team for a medium-large sized mobile home park in south-eastern Indiana.
-Ideal candidates: have property management experience, communication skills, general handyman skills.
Duties include:
· Rent collection and automated deposits
· Monthly reports
· Leasing
· Problem solving
· Oversite of property needs
· Oversite of maintenance personnel
· Purchasing
Compensation:
-Compensation is based on experience (starts at $2,000/month and up) + discretionary bonuses + housing (must live in park).
