Responsibilities and Duties:
Conduct in-home sales; run confirmed and qualified appointments daily
Expand our sales force and elevate the team to new heights
Represent a family-owned business committed to excellence
Provide exceptional customer service and help clients design their dream backyard living space with Four Seasons Sunrooms, Patio Covers, Motorized Shade & Bug Screens, Motorized Louvered Pergolas, as well as essential items such as Windows, Doors, Siding, Roofing, & Gutters.
Manager Duties:
Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve targets and goals
Oversee the sales process and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Coordinate and manage sales activities, including appointment scheduling and territory assignments
Provide training and guidance to sales representatives
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics
Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall business operations
Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience in one-call close sales, home improvements, or direct sales preferred but not required
Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage a team
Professionalism, effective communication, and strong interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and results-oriented environment
