OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Job description
Total Maintenance Solution Commercial Cleaning is looking to add an experienced outside sales rep for janitorial services. You will be cold calling for your own leads and will be following up on warm leads in your designated territory. The majority of your time will be spent doing door to door canvassing.
Qualifications:
· Verifiable janitorial sales experience
· Strong work ethic
· Ability to stay focused
· Ability to work independently
· Must have a valid driver's license
· Must be willing to do door to door canvassing
Schedule:
Monday - Friday
Pay:
$50,000 per year
Compensation Package:
50% of 1st month's gross on newly signed contracts
