We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team! If you have a passion for design, home improvement, and helping customers create beautiful spaces, this is the job for you.
Pay & Commission:
$650 weekly base pay
Stone sales: 4% commission
Cabinet sales: 2%, 3%, or 4% commission (tiered, based on sales volume)
Schedule:
Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Responsibilities:
Greet customers in the showroom and guide them through stone countertop and cabinet options
Take care of the customer from beginning to end: from first consultation, to helping with selections, through final installation
Ensure the process is smooth and stress-free for clients
Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and handling concerns during the entire project timeline
Build strong relationships with clients and contractors
Prepare quotes, close sales, and meet monthly sales targets
Keep the showroom organized and presentable
What We’re Looking For:
Sales experience (home improvement, design, or construction a plus)
Strong communication and closing skills
Reliable, self-motivated, and eager to earn commissions
Basic computer skills for quotes and order entry
