HVAC Residential Technician
Location: Cold Spring, OH (with service area covering Northern Kentucky and Hamilton County)

Job Description:
As an HVAC Residential Technician, you'll be responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing, and servicing heating and cooling systems in residential homes and commercial properties. Your duties will include:
Installing, testing, and configuring new HVAC equipment (furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, etc.)
Performing routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems
Diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC system problems
Repairing or replacing faulty components
Providing excellent customer service and educating clients on system care and maintenance
Maintaining accurate records of all work performed
Qualifications:
Journeyman HVAC license (required for Kentucky work)
EPA certification
Proven experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems
Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems
Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions
