Newport, Kentucky based property management company is looking for an experienced handyman/jack of all trades, to take on several projects per month. The Company manages a portfolio of single family and multi-family rentals in Northern Kentucky. This job will not require plumbing, electric or HVAC. Skills required include carpentry, drywall, window and door install/repair, roof/gutter repair, concrete work, fencing/landscaping, tile, flooring install/repair, interior/exterior painting. Appliance repair a plus. Liability insurance and workers compensation insurance required.
