Great Opportunity for Subcontractors to fill up your weekly schedules.
Work hours are 8am to 630pm, you schedule start time, report to maint. office, receive work orders, perform work, get paid daily.
Need 4 all-around punch out techs.
Must have your own transportation.
You need your own hand tools and skill to perform basic:
Drywall repair, painting
Plumbing
Electric
Carpentry
Flooring
Demo and Clean Up
All Materials Supplied.
Must have transportation, all work is onsite less than 3 minutes drive from maintenance office.
Must have valid Identification. Tax ID Number or Social Security card.
Clean Criminal background.
Liability insurance and workers compensation a plus but not required. If you have it you're paid more.
$20 to $30 an hour paid upon skill level.
