The Director - Data Tools, Technologies & Operations is responsible for supporting the organization's data strategy by delivering high-quality and reliable data tools, technologies, and operational solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. The role oversees the development, delivery, and support of these technology solutions, ensuring that they are designed to be scalable and future-proofed by keeping up to date with the latest industry trends and market developments. The Director – Data Tools, Technologies & Operations works closely with other Digital Technology & Enterprise Data & Insights teams, ensuring that the overall data technical ecosystem is fit for purpose. Overall, the role ensures that the organization is equipped with the right data tools and technologies to achieve its business goals and objectives, while ensuring compliance with data management policies.
