Job Title: Electrical Maintenance TechnicianJob DescriptionWe are seeking good Maintenance Technicians with solid electrical experience and/or education who will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial electrical equipment in a manufacturing setting. The job entails a variety of tasks including reading schematics, 480v electrical work, electrical cabinet troubleshooting and maintenance, using electrical meters, replacing contacts, relays, drives, and 3-phase motors, wiring, PLC troubleshooting and some mechanical responsibilities. You will receive training on the front end, then will be expected to work with minimal supervision, adhere to safety procedures including lock-out tag-out, and complete electrical troubleshooting and preventative and reactive maintenance tasks.Required Skills

Electrical cabinet troubleshooting and maintenance - rewiring, replacing drives, relays, cards, contacts, 3-phase motors, etc.
Using electrical meters for troubleshooting purposes

Job TypeThis is a contract-to-hire position with a duration of 6 months.Work SiteThis is a fully on-site position in Cleveland, TN.Work EnvironmentYou will be working in a textile manufacturing facility. The environment can get warm in some areas, and it is not climate controlled. Despite this, it is a fairly clean environment. The maintenance team is composed of 8 total individuals spread out over 3 shifts. There is one maintenance manager, but no shift supervisors. The dress code includes jeans, steel-toed shoes, and a work shirt. Good culture and team environment.Pay: $25.44/hr starting out with good opportunity for advancementShift: 1stSchedule: Monday-Friday with OT on occasional Saturdays.
