We have an exciting opportunity for a Multimedia Graphic Designer to join our Pursuit Tax Design team, leading the ideation, execution, and production of high-level, creative sales deliverables. In this role, this individual will develop media, images, animations, and other stylized elements to enhance proposals, presentations, as well as a large array of sales deliverables.This position calls for a passionate, collaborative professional with a positive outlook, excellent communication, and superior design skills. The preferred candidate is proactive, solution-oriented, and is comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment.Responsibilities
Apply design thinking to overall creative approach and execution.
Propose, plan, design, and deliver a full range of high-impact media deliverables, including,but not limited to interactive PDFs, digital images, video, animation, dynamic PowerPoint presentations, and info graphics.
Blend photography, imagery, graphics, copy, and multimedia elements to createhigh-impact materials that distinguish the Deloitte U.S. Firms in the marketplace andhelp grow the Tax business.
Ability to translate complex information/analytics into compelling visual communications.
Ensure a creative yet consistent look and feel that adheres to, and supports the Deloitte brand, visual identity, legal guidelines, and messaging.
Exercise judgment and project management skill to balance priorities and communicateto teams to meet and exceed project deadlines and commitments; keep internal clients informed of projects and progress.
Develop long-term design strategies, staying ahead of the curve on design technologies and how they can be applied to needs of design team.
Qualifications and experience
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, digital design, visual communications, or related field.
Mastery level of Adobe CC suite (Adobe AfterEffects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator), andMS Office applications (PowerPoint).
Advanced experience with web development principles, HTML, JavaScript, and web-based applications.
Exceptional knowledge of storyboarding, visual design principals and animation.
5-8 years of related work experience in business development, marketing, or internal communications.
Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure, developing creative deliverables. within tight deadlines.
Excellent oral and written communications skills.
Demonstrated project management and organization skills, and close attention to detail.
Self-starter with strong work ethic and ability to manage own time and take initiative.
Experience working in a professional services organization a plus.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Ability to travel 20-30%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $93,000 to $191,000.
