Our direct, Fortune 500 client in a Northeast suburb of Cleveland, OH is looking for an experienced Systems Analyst for a long-term, extendable contract position. You'd be joining the CRM organization as a liaison between the Business and IT on a variety of application and system development projects. Your primary responsibility would involve business and technical requirements elicitation. This position would onboard remotely but will eventually be on-site - candidates must be able to follow EST hours.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Draft requirements for project requests as assigned
- Work with business partners to translate business request into functional requirements
- Assist in resolving design and requirement conflicts and refinements
- Participate and lead improvements in business request content and system documentation
- Participate and lead improvements in documenting and archiving project requirements
Essential Skills:
- Create flow diagrams, documentation, context diagrams used in design development
- Evaluate systems decisions to validate business & technical requirements
- Complete detailed analysis on the impact various projects could have on targeted changes and define system boundaries and interactions
- Elicit and document business and technical requirements
- Analyze business events that take place in systems
Plusses:
- Experience with Master Data matching, preferably Probabilistic Matching methods
- Experience with Master Data Management applications, preferably IBM MDM
- Experience with matching demographics analysis and tuning
- Capability to write SQL queries to support requirements research, preferably Oracle
