Description We are in search of a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our client's team in Cleveland, Ohio. The selected candidate will be instrumental in driving business development and sales, overseeing social media and marketing initiatives, and managing client engagement in the catering and hospitality industry. This person will be responsible for grassroots sales, business development and account management efforts, driving leads and helping to drive the business forward in a fun industry! If you have catering or hospitality experience, that is a HUGE plus. Bonuses will be awarded on top of the base salary in this role, based on new clients and accounts brought in. Responsibilities: Spearhead business development initiatives to drive B2B sales and lead generation. Manage and maintain key client accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Utilize CRM tools for effective account management and sales tracking. Oversee social media advertising campaigns to promote our brand and services. Engage in networking activities to establish and strengthen business relationships. Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost sales in the restaurant industry. Coordinate catering sales and operations while ensuring adherence to hospitality management standards. Facilitate client communications and conversations to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Utilize Excel for business decisions and data management. Contribute to restaurant marketing and operations to enhance customer experience and restaurant performance.Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role Proven skills in B2B Sales and Direct Sales Experience in Catering sales, Catering, and Hospitality management Knowledge of Restaurant management, Restaurant Marketing, Restaurant operations, and the Restaurant industry Proficiency in Business Decisions, Business Development, and Business Development Skills Excellent Networking skills Proficient in Corporate Social Media, Social Media, and Social Media Advertising Strong Client communications, Client conversations, and Client engagement skills Experience in Account Management and Key account management Knowledge of CRM systems Ability to Drive Lead Generation, Lead Generation Campaigns, and Lead Generation Programs Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other related software.
