Based in Cleveland, Ohio, the Project Assistant position is a long-term contract / temporary opportunity.Major responsibilities
Analyzing information, preparing reports, prooing and editing documents, and developing presentations
Making travel arrangements and finding accommodations for training seminars, conferences and additional project-related events
Communicate project information to key partners
Assist project teams by providing administrative, technical and clerical support
Seeking additional information to complete documents as necessary
Organizing team meetings and communication per project specifications to keep project deliverable schedules on track and support Project Managers
Creating written records of meetings and maintaining task and progress records
Conducting research online for information Requirements - Show the ability to adapt and learn new techniques and skill sets when required
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Observant, accurate and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
1 year of business/office experience is necessary for this position
Past experience with the Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Knowledge of database and file management
Microsoft Project, JIRA, Mavenlink, and NetSuite experience is a plus
General familiarity with Preschool
Well-founded grasp of Tutoring
Microsoft Office Suites experience preferred
Expertise in Microsoft Office 365
Microsoft experience
Practical knowledge of Public Schools
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools
Proven knowledge of Sunday School Teacher
Human Services experience highly desired
High school diploma or its equivalent required; a BA/BS degree in business, communications, or related field is highly preferred
