Description If you're looking for work in the Manufacturing field, Robert Half is looking for a Desktop Support Technician with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical users in an understandable and concise format. This Desktop Support Technician role is best suited for problem solvers who prefer to work in a challenging and positive environment. Located in the Cleveland, Ohio, area, this Desktop Support Analyst role is long-term contract / contract to permanent in nature.Responsibilities
Administer support on a variety of computer hardware and software issues by identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems
Rectify computer problems, and suggest appropriate action/solutions
Offer computer desktop support in accordance with established policies and procedures
Keep up, explore, and fix computer systems, hardware, printers, and computer peripherals
Organize hardware repairs with the appropriate vendors
Develop records of daily data communication transactions, issues and remedial actions taken or installation activities
Interact regularly and effectively with ticket submitters Requirements - 5+ years of desktop support or other related experience
Knowledgeable when it comes to writing reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals
Accounts Provisioning experience preferred
Well-founded grasp of Okta
Practical knowledge of Windows Intune
Proven knowledge of Active Directory
Workstation Hardware experience
Application Deployments experience
Asset management experience
Workstation Support experience
General familiarity with Unified Endpoint Management
