Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Management:Assist in daily operations, lead and train a motivated team, and ensure excellent service.
Customer Service:Deliver prompt, friendly service and resolve customer complaints effectively.
Operational Excellence:Monitor inventory, ensure compliance with health regulations, and maintain cleanliness.
Financial Performance:Help manage food costs, labor costs and participate in sales forecasting.
Marketing and Promotion:Support initiatives to increase sales and engage with the community.
Qualifications:
Experience:Minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role in food service or retail.
Skills:Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
Attributes:Passion for the brand, ability to work fast-paced with high integrity and sense of urgency.
