Pay range listed includes tips. Tips average $4.50 per hour. Base hourly rate $14.00 + tips.
Pay increases based on performance at 8 weeks and one year.

Great Customer Service (of most importance), Food Preparation (salad bowls, acai bowls, smooths, coffee, etc.) , Point of Sale/Register (handling cash and credit cards), Detail Oriented, Handling Raw Food Materials, Cleaning, Organization, Following Opening/Closing Sheets, etc.
