We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail oriented catering sales professional to represent Sausalito Catering.
Will administer contracts for events (BEO) and develop budgets and financial reports. This individual will also be involved in promoting the busy to appropriate companies and community organizations and will attend pertinent events. The Manager will collaborate with the Chef to create menus and pricing. Will follow-up with clients after the event and maintain client files for future reference.
Outstanding communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this role. Proven hospitality catering sales and banquet service experience is required.
