currently on our summer schedule of 5 days a week (wednesdau - sunday/ closed monday & tuesdays)
winter schedule will be 6 or 7 day week
we are open for business 3 pm - kitchen 11 pm, bar business decline
dishwashers will stay after 11 pm kitchen window closed to continue cleaning.
responsibilities
to ensure overall cleanliness of kitchen & overall restaurant .
for example:
sweeping mopping floors
bathrooms
dishes from front of the house and kitchen
keeping dish machine clean
cleaning kitchen
