Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction in our dining establishment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Present menus and provide detailed information when asked
- Take and serve food and beverage orders
- Ensure accuracy in order delivery and attend to any special requests
- Upsell additional products when appropriate
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Process payments and operate the POS system efficiently
Requirements
- Prior experience in the food industry, preferably in a fine dining or nightclub setting
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Ability to handle food properly and sanitate work areas
- Strong sales skills with a focus on guest services
- Proficiency in bussing tables and assisting other team members as needed
