Locally owned and operated restaurant with a long standing reputations and success, looking for a restaurant manager
The GM will be responsible for overseeing and providing direction in all aspects of restaurant operation, to include customer service, sales and marketing, food and beverage, accounting/budgeting and human resources.
The ideal candidate will have a consistent track record of employment with at least 2 years of experience working as a manager within a service-oriented industry. He/she will also possess the following core skill sets:
Ability to manage 30-50 employees by examples and respect
Good knowledge in food and food ingredients
Wide knowledge in beer, wine and liquor
Vendor relationship management
Knowledge in POS and overall food and beverage coast management and planing
High level of leadership skills
High level of communications skills
