Put-in-Bay, on South Bass Island in Lake Erie, is a vibrant summer destination that sees tens of thousands of visitors each season. The Forge is one of the island’s most popular restaurants, known for our full-service brunch, lunch, and dinner.
We are looking for motivated, detail-oriented cooks to join our team for a 3-month contract (August–October).
Positions & Pay:
Various stations available: expo, sauté, grill, fry, crêpe, café line
$14–$18/hr based on position and experience
Weekly overtime opportunities
Requirements:
1–2 years kitchen experience preferred (but willing to train)
Knowledge of basic knife safety & sanitation
Ability to work quickly, maintain a clean station, and stand for an 8-hour shift
