I'm looking for a handy man / maintenance tech to primarily work on apartment unit turns - cleaning, dry wall, painting, basic electrical, basic plumbing, flooring, and other small repairs. We have 2 properties in Lakewood and Cleveland. Payments will be cash and made by the job which will come out to roughly $20-25/hr. Must have your own truck and tools. We will provide materials. We currently have a lot of work.
