Facility Maintenance Tech - Building Superintendent
Facility Maintenance / General Labor [CLEVELAND HEIGHTS primary location]
Job opening is flexible for part-time to full-time applicants.
Part time or Full Time: Position can range from part time 2-3 days per week with limited hours (20-25 hours per week).

Qualifications:
Driver's License (Required)
High school or trade school equivalent (Preferred)
Any Type of Property Maintenance / Facility Operations Experience : 1-3+ year (Required)
Any Type of Property Maintenance / Facility Operations Experience : 3-5+ year (Preferred)
Painting (Required)
Drywall Repair (Required)
Some Cleaning (Required)
Change Light Bulbs and Light Fixtures(Required)
Install Flooring (Preferred)
Ability to lift 50 lbs (Required)
OSHA training / knowledge (Preferred)
DISCOUNTED APARTMENT can be negotiated on top of wages
Duties include, but are not limited to:
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS:
General maintenance experience with painting, flooring installation, some cleaning, basic labor and repair, light bulb and light fixtures changes, boiler system knowledge helpful.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Duties may include, but are not limited to:
Minor repairs to drywall, painting, flooring installation, lights and light bulb changing, light cleaning, toilet and faucets repair, door and door latch repair.
Coordinate maintenance objectives with the Property Manager daily.
Perform, and report on, all work according to the safety standards of the company,
OSHA and health codes. Perform work area clean-up on a weekly basis.
1099 independent contractor role, non benefit, no work vehicle supplied.
Must be able to perform routine standing, driving, walking, and climbing; to lift up to 50lbs. regularly; to manipulate up to 75lbs to transport and stock assigned supplies and materials; to pick-up from vendors and deliver stock and materials to customers upon request, to wear personal protective equipment. Must be able to bend, stoop, and climb to reach materials (must be able to climb a step ladder at approximately three feet in height )

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
