CLE Solutions Inc. prides itself on hiring people who want to step up and take on leadership roles. The Entry Level Sales Agent will be expected to create professional, interactive experiences, all while being the leader in a result-oriented company.
The purpose of being an Entry Level Sales Agent is to build brand awareness and drive customer engagement on behalf of our expanding clientele. Members of our sales team work closely with customers to create personalized experiences through face-to-face interactions based on individual needs for the LifeLine Program.
Responsibilities of an Entry Level Sales Agent:
Understand customer base and company products to recommend service enhancements that will increase sales
Utilize customer relationship management techniques to solve customer needs and provide solutions
Work with the sales team to establish, monitor and record weekly targets and goals.
Continuous development through joint calls with leadership
To succeed as an Entry Level Sales Agent:
Proven to build and maintain effective customer relationships to meet or exceed sales goals
Demonstrate strong organizational and detail-oriented abilities
Competitive nature, striving to out-perform others
Leadership roles in previous positions is encouraged
Sales and/or marketing experience is a plus, but not required
