About the Role: We are seeking motivated Sales Appointment Setters to join our team. In this role, you will be calling warm and hot leads to schedule free estimates for our home improvement products. The more appointments you set, the more you earn!

Hourly Pay + Commission: Earn an hourly rate plus $5+ per appointment. Top agents can make $28/hour or more.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to warm and hot leads.
Set appointments for free estimates with prospective customers.
Maintain accurate records of all calls and appointments set.
Achieve daily and weekly targets.
