Key Responsibilities:
1. Contacting existing customers via phone to present new products and services.
2. Building rapport and maintaining positive relationships with customers.
3. Understanding customer needs and tailoring product/service pitches accordingly.
4. Meeting and exceeding sales targets on a consistent basis.
5. Providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or questions.
6. Documenting customer interactions and updating CRM systems with relevant information.
7. Collaborating with the sales team to strategize and optimize sales efforts.
Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
3. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
4. Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
5. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
6. Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
7. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is an advantage.
