Now hiring for the Cambridge Court Townhomes & Saxon Condos Team! We are seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team at Cambridge Court Townhomes & Saxon Condos, located in Elyria OH! This is a full-time role covering a total of 100 market-rate townhome units. Cambridge Court is an award winning property by the Northern Ohio Apartment Association!
Qualified Candidates will:
- Have a minimum of 5 years of Apartment and/or Commercial Property Maintenance experience (not including janitorial experience)
- Have their own general tools
- Have reliable transportation, a valid Ohio driver's license, and vehicle insurance
- Be able to pass a background check
- Prior experience in both turning apartments and renovating apartments is desired. Training, licenses, and/or certifications in HVAC, Plumbing, Carpentry and/or Electrical are a plus (but are not required).
