Your Role:
As a Skilled Maintenance Technician, you'll play a critical role in keeping our properties in top condition. You’ll work independently, using your hands-on skills to solve problems and ensure everything runs smoothly. Your daily responsibilities will include:
Performing routine inspections and maintenance tasks across residential properties.
Troubleshooting and repairing plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
Handling carpentry and building repairs with precision and care.
Responding to maintenance requests and emergencies with efficiency.
Keeping an organized inventory and ensuring all tools and supplies are ready for action.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in residential maintenance or a related field.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Practical knowledge of home systems and repair techniques common in Northeast Ohio.
Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
Preferred: Certifications in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical fields.
