Investment company taking bids to complete a flip home renovation project on a 1700 SQ single family home in Lakewood, Ohio. We will provide all materials, you provide the tools and labor to complete the work.
The home has been very well kept, so it just needs some minor updates.
Work to be completed includes things such as:
1. Install around 15 new windows.
2. Install vinyl siding and aluminum window trim.
3. Paint the interior walls and ceilings (3 Bedrooms, Kitchen, Dining and Living Rooms, Office, Basement Walls and Ceiling,
Hallways)
4. Install kitchen backsplash (Around 100 SF of 12" x 12" Mosaic)
5. Replace all existing kitchen cabinet hardware, cabinets are like new, so they will not be replaced.
6. Install bathtub tile surround (Around 55-60 SF of 12" x 24" ceramic tile)
7. Replace all existing outlets and light switches.
8. Replace all existing light fixtures.
9. Replace all existing water faucets.
10. Install new round 4" trim lights.
11. Landscaping such as removing shrubs and laying down mulch.
12. Minor drywall repair in one of the bedrooms (3' x 3' section).
13. Replace 2 overhead garage doors.
You must:
1. Have our own tools and vehicle to complete the work.
2. Have experience in renovations and remodeling of homes.
3. Have Contractor Insurance Coverage.
4. Have good communication skills, attitude and punctuality.
5. Provide a time frame to complete the work and meet the deadline.
