We’re looking for a skilled, detail-oriented, and reliable Maintenance Technician with hands-on experience in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems to handle ongoing service calls, repairs, and installations across our portfolio.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in the field, solving problems on-site, and taking ownership of repairs from start to finish. You will be a key part of our operations team and play a critical role in keeping our properties safe, functional, and rent-ready.
