Key Responsibilities
Assist crew chief in all aspects of installing filtration's on new and existing pools
Work on residential and commercial
Plumbing, HVAC, low-voltage electrical, and automation work
Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality products
Work seamlessly with the management and office staff
Maintain or enhance organization of vehicles and jobs
Solve complex or unique challenges with cross-functional input
Drive retention and growth of the service customer base
Qualifications
Must have plumbing, HVAC, or automation construction experience
Customer-first mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor
Flexible, adaptable, calm, and safety oriented under pressure
Comfortable working in a team-oriented culture
Willing to work minimum 50+ hrs per week
Willing to work out of town when necessary
Must pass a drug test and background check
