Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and licensed Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing tenant relations, property maintenance, and ensuring financial performance. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of residential and commercial properties.
Manage tenant relations, including handling inquiries, complaints, and lease renewals.
Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
Prepare and manage property budgets, including tracking income and expenses.
Market vacant properties and manage the leasing process to maintain high occupancy rates.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and property management laws.
Negotiate contracts with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
Maintain accurate records of all property-related activities and transactions.
Qualifications:
Valid property management license.
Proven experience as a property manager, with a strong portfolio of managed properties.
Excellent knowledge of property management software and MS Office.
In-depth understanding of property management and its financial aspects.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to resolve conflicts and address tenant concerns professionally.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
