As a Renovation Carpenter, you'll be responsible for a range of tasks, including but not limited to:
Use power tools, hand tools, and auxiliary equipment to complete woodwork projects on time
Measure, cut, and assemble wood and materials according to specifications
Install doors, windows, cabinetry, trim, framing, and other components
Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and building plans
Inspect and repair structural damage or fixtures
Maintain and operate tools and equipment safely
Keep a clean, organized, and safe worksite
Communicate effectively with clients and team members
Ensure all work meets project deadlines and quality standards
Qualifications:
3–5 years of carpentry experience (preferred but not required)
Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
Willingness to travel to various work sites across the Cleveland area
Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions
Able to complete or willing to obtain 40-hour Lead Safety Training
Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working on ladders or scaffolding
