Renovation and Property management company in need of a skilled technician and sub crews capable of performing all areas of construction and renovation to make units rent ready. Must be able to perform wall prep and paint, light fixtures and devices installation, install cabinets and vanities including the plumbing connections, window repair and various other tasks.
These properties are all in the Cleveland area. Must have own tools and transportation. Full time work and weekly pay. Willing to work on a bid format or hourly rate.
