Back various projects for other employees

Organize word processors, files, and faxes

Receive and tend to visitors

Handle telephone calls Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proven ability to use the internet for research

Proven knowledge of Excel Formulas

Foundational knowledge in Detailed Reports

Wide ranging experience with Administrative procedures

Experience with Complete Expense Reports

Earlier work involving Administrative skills

Comprehensive knowledge of P-Card

Customer service experience required

General familiarity with Administrative Assistance

Good understanding of Office Administration

Proficiency in Superior Customer Service

Practical knowledge of Administrative experience

Well-founded grasp of Microsoft Excel

Quality experience with Administrative Office

Applicant must be familiar with word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems

At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred

Responsibilities PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Performs administrative duties for assigned faculty and associated staff members Coordination of business events: Manages calendars, schedules appointments and meeting locations. Preparation of meeting agendas and meeting minutes, when needed Manages travel arrangements including air reservations, hotels and conference registrations. Develops travel itineraries in alignment with NCH standards. Responsible for completion of reimbursement requests Grant document coordination and preparation for submission Assist with manuscript submissions Coordinates special projects within assigned Center Orders supplies and equipment; submissions of IS Tickets when equipment needs service/repair Provides excellent service to both internal and external customers by applying best practices and standard operating procedures.
