DescriptionExecutive Administrative Assistant I Location : This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office). The ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of one of our Elevance Health PulsePoint locations.The Executive Administrative Assistant I is responsible for performing advanced, diversified and confidential secretarial and administrative duties requiring broad and comprehensive experience, skills and knowledge of the organization and its policies and practices.How you will make an impact:

Writes and routes confidential correspondence.

Screens, handles or distributes incoming phone calls and complaints.

Maintains confidential correspondence and general files.

Orders supplies.

Prepares and tracks budgets.

Coordinates travel plans.

Submits expense reports.

Compiles and distributes meeting minutes.

Compiles information for reports, documents and proposals.

Collates and assembles materials, makes arrangements for meetings/presentations.

Organizes chart up-dates.

Prepares forms and reviews documentation for conformance with internal policies and procedures.

Utilizes various software packages such as spreadsheet, word processing, data base and graphics to produce high quality reports, presentations and documents.

Researches, verifies and prepares reports.

Creates and maintains databases.

Minimum Requirements: Requires a HS diploma and a minimum of 5+ years administrative experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:

Proficient in MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) highly preferred.

Proficient in WorkDay and SalesForce preferred.

Prior experience providing administrative support to a leadership team highly preferred.

Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills preferred.

For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary range for this specific position is $28.84 to $49.44Locations: California; Colorado; Hawaii; Nevada; New York; Washington State; Jersey City, NJIn addition to your salary, Elevance Health offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
