This position is for an Administrative Assistant - NHC/Flight Line with a company location in Columbus, MS. Will perform a variety of administrative functions to support the day to day functions of the production staff and directly support the manager of industry. Responsibilities PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Performs administrative duties for assigned faculty and associated staff members Coordination of business events: Manages calendars, schedules appointments and meeting locations. Preparation of meeting agendas and meeting minutes, when needed Manages travel arrangements including air reservations, hotels and conference registrations. Develops travel itineraries in alignment with NCH standards.
